How to present your
season to sponsors

A sponsor is not buying a sticker. They are buying a season of being seen with you. Show them that season, round by round, before they ask.

Start with the calendar

Open with where you will race: the championship, the car and team, and every round with its date and circuit. A brand reads a calendar as a list of moments they can use: a race near their customers, a big event for hospitality, a round that fits a product launch.

Show where the brand appears

Be concrete. List the places a partner is seen: on the car, on the race suit, in your race weekend content, at events. Show your existing graphics so they can picture their logo in them.

Explain how you report back

Sponsors renew when they can see what they got. Tell them up front how you will report: a set of graphics every race weekend, a race report on your website after every round, and a summary at the end of the season.

A season of race weekend graphics is the easiest proof. Seven rounds of the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship produced a full feed of race week, race day and result posts for Filip Ugran.

Use only real numbers

Results, championships and dates are facts a sponsor can check. Keep every figure you present that way: confirmed results, real audience data from your own accounts, real coverage. One invented number is enough to lose the conversation.

Give them one place to send people

Your proposal gets forwarded. Make the link in it point to a website with your season, your story, your results and a partner page, so whoever opens it next finds the same answers.
